I just now saw that today is Hanukkah. Now that is a God thing!

    About a week ago the Lord placed on my heart that we are to learn to live without power.
    Specifically electricity. I thought well, I know tough times are coming, The Lord kept nudging, now, learn now. That I
    am to know all I can to ready others. That He has given certain people to be tools for others in days to come. He
    wanted me to start learning how to can now and do dry goods and other things for survival. I knew I heard from God,
    but also knew this will look silly and like I am afraid or a bit whacky. But He said to prepare now for the things ahead.
    And to learn to teach others.
    Living without power, survival skills for home-making. So I prayed that the Lord confirm and show me and open doors
    to do these things.

    Well, I have been getting scripture the last few days.
    Dec.9 He gave me these scriptures:

    Ephesians 4:28.b
    Ephesians 5:15-21
    Matthew 9:10-13
    Isaiah 62:8-10
    Hosea 12:5-6,to13
    Isaiah 29:17-24

    I then asked Him more; because this is different and ministry is about souls, isn’t it Lord?
    So this morning I woke up with Him speaking in my being. It’s about getting close to the people, teaching God is the
    way, truth and the life. No other way but God's.

    Then this all started coming out to write down.

    God prepares a place for me before my enemy. Yea though I walk through the valley of death (He didn’t say shadow).
    I will fear no evil. Thy rod and thy staff, they comfort me.
    God’s guidance is comfort. Trust in Me with all thy heart mind and soul, lean not to thy own understanding.
    Show them I am the way the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father, but by Me.

    I asked what does this have to do with food?

    He replies. If your child asked for bread will you give him a stone? How much more will I do.
    You only see a shadow of things to come. Only when you open your understanding to the little things that may seem
    foolish do you see clearly.

    Did not I instruct Moses and the prophets? Who are you to think with your thoughts and doubts? ONLY OBEY.
    Obedience is better than sacrifice. In my house are many mansions. I go to prepare a place for you, where I go you
    may go also.

    Do not be like Thomas and doubt. Noah was scoffed at, yet he saved many. Through his story many have been
    saved. Not just his family.

    Do not wish for others to know beyond what I have given them to understand.

    Trust and Obey. Step out and learn, many will come to know Me through the teaching of the few. Nothing speaks
    louder than a man’s stomach in the flesh. It is a way of opening ears and saving lives.

    As I bring them to you, you will lead them to Me. I have not taken from your gifts. I am expanding your borders and
    taking you to new territory. You are my child and I love you dearly. Do not be swayed by others to give up. This is a
    quest. I will place in you a thirst for knowledge of all things survival.

    Accumulate knowledge, store it on your shelves, know it in your mind, lend it to others. Letting them know God is the
    true Provider and they are to open their eyes to the provision I have set before them and not be blinded by carnal
    routine. What I give they in many times will not know is provision until you show them. Many hearts will turn, hard
    hearts will soften and those who already know Me will be strengthened in their trust in Me.

    Daily ask what is my lesson. Jot it down, save it on your shelf.

    I will reach people the way I desire. Do not turn away from this path I have placed you.
    Rely on ME and I will show you. I will show how to make bread that will last. I will also give manna.
    My timings are not yours and I will choose to provide as I see fit.

    Teach and it shall be given, even to the pressing down on it. Do not think shallow. Think deep for My well is deep and
    My understanding more than you can imagine.

    Turn not to the right or the left. Stay the course. You must paint, teach and provide. Give to the heart the knowledge
    and ways of Me and I will provide the strength for daily tasks.

    Do not just lend but also give your knowledge, let them hold onto knowledge.
    Gain knowledge in My word.

    Read about Moses and Daniel also read the books of Isaiah and Ezekiel, read about Hezekiah. Read
    Matthew, Mark , Luke, Esther, James, both  Corinthians, Revelations, and Geneses.
    I Kings and 2 Kings to know their wisdom and mistakes. Jeremiah to know a path.

    Give light and skills for food. The light comes through the witness of ME. The skills will open the ears of the foolish
    and provide also for those who trust in Me.
    I am the way the truth and the Life. NO man cometh to the Father but by Me.

    Paint and SEE, Eat and DO.

    Trust Me my Child in this and do not waver. Many will be looking for guidance. I have chosen a few to carry daily
    knowledge to others. They are a tool of my provision to the people.

    Do not go about hungry in Body and Spirit, Look to me. That is My word for them.

    What I show, they may not be accustomed to, what I provide for eat. It is provision.

    Learn, Learn, Learn look to me.

    I looked up Hanukkah
    It is the celebration of the re-dedication of the Temple of Jerusalem by Judas Maccabee and of the Miracle of a very
    small amount of oil lasting for eight days.
