May 5th, 2011 Hello I felt to share what God is showing me. As I went about my morning. My day started out by picking green beans in our garden. I normally have a prayer time first, but felt that I could pray while picking. As I picked I noticed how healthy most was. But a few had started looking distressed. I talked to the Lord as I picked. I came in and ate breakfast ( cheese omelet and orange) then asked God if I was to go up and paint yet. No, I was to make Kirk a carrot cake. I said yes, Lord he has been awfully sweet lately. So I continued to talk to the Lord as I made the cake, about my sons and the nation. I got it in the oven and the Lord prompted me to read my Bible. I read of Solomon's wisdom. Then I still was missing the sit and pray time, so I sat and asked God about the less frequent visions lately. God showed me a glimpse of the fire raging. I still keep having glimpses of this as I pray. I asked the Lord of the nation.  I sat and was quiet before the Lord. Then I saw the foundation of a building . This building had started out firm and strong and as the walls extended upward it started changing. I saw a growth of dark black weed like vegetation. Kind of like that fine coral branches. They were hard, but like fine weeds. They grew more and more about the building extending outward in a large mass. I saw this as the detour of our nation. I asked God what we were to do? And He said to bind those growths not planned for this nation.It was a firmness against the weeds God was talking about. Then I saw a crushing of the most of the coral weed, but the base of it was still there. I then saw new green growth, growth that was good start to cover the dark base. The growth of healthy green leaves we intending to choke off the dead looking coral plant. This growth clang to the walls, like a shoring up. I thank God that He can do all things and that we can do all things through Christ who gives us strength.  I felt the Lord wanted me to share that HE will equip us with the binds with which to bind the darkness up. It will be new green growth from  our good foundation Christ. As we look to God in the mist of our situations of evil around us, God will show us that moment what we are to do. If we stay focused and be determined we will hear from God and He will change our foundation. God will show us step by step what to do and what not to do to crush and bind the dark branches of this nation. God was also reminding me to let you know we can do our daily things and still be in focus, still do things for our loved ones, still gather our crops and wash our clothes. He loves when we sit still before him, but God also wants us to know that He treasures the small talk among chores of life, That is how he can keep in tune with us. Well, the Carrot cake is almost done and then I will paint, It sure smells good,funny how God makes such good smells. God Bless-Connie
